Relocating from Finland to the U.S as a child shaped how I think about design. Navigating new cultures, languages, and unfamiliar systems taught me to observe closely and pay attention to how people make sense of the world. These skills became the foundation of my user-centered approach. That experience gave me a firsthand sensitivity to confusion, friction, and exclusion. It's why I believe good design isn't just about solving problems, but making systems feel more intuitive and human.
