I believe good design begins with noticing what others overlook. Across every project, I'm asking the same question: What are people experiencing that they can't yet see? Sometimes it's the influence of a recommendation algorithm, sometimes it's gaps in a student support system, and sometimes it's the untapped potential of a public space. Through research, systems thinking, and storytelling, I uncover those hidden structures, organize them into coherent frameworks, and transform complexity into clear, human-centered solutions.
